Two paths of physical training to balance body and mind
Our practice is structured around two modalities of mindful physical training, inspired by the Yin and Yang duality. One focuses on gentle, internal, and slow movements: relaxation, meditation, and low-impact physical activity. The other focuses on active, external, and vital movements: emotional release, strengthening, and shared physical work based on respect.
Both dimensions are organically integrated into our online Tai Chi and Qigong classes, offering a true balance between energy and calm. The key lies in combining these approaches to nourish both body and emotions, always seeking a practice that sustains deep and lasting well-being.
My passion for teaching mindful movement and guiding personalized fitness journeys stems from a deep desire to help people feel better. Through my online Tai Chi and Qigong classes, I support those seeking healing, strength, and growth through a holistic and transformative practice.
